1) We consider an order approved only after having received by fax or through e-mail a confirmation where it is declared that the estimate given and the sell conditions are accepted.
The order, binding and irrevocable for the customer, is fixed for the broker “Tipolitografia dei F.lli Bonanno A. e V. A. snc” either after having received the order confirmation or with the execution of the work itself. Prices are referred to the works printing supplied on magnetic material (Floppy-disk, Cd-rom, Zip) in Macintosh or Windows format and/or sent by our e-mail address, without any intervation by our side.

2) The works which are not supplied on magnetic material and/or need our graphic intervations will be calculated under estimate.

3) Each work will be supported by an enclosed colour draft about the work to be printed; considering that the drafts are only indicative and they are not proves, neither for the lay out characteristics nor for the fidelity in the colours, neither for the texts nor for any other elements and above all if they are made with laser and/or ink-jet printers or if they are received by e-mail.
4) List prices are valid until variations which can occur in any moments and without notice; therefore orders are valid only if they are accepted upon our confirmation.
5) Quantities and dimensions are apporximate consedering those listed in the price list and they can be affected by physiological variations because of printing working procedures about 5% considering to their relative price.

6) Any defects in the texts, in the colours and in the printing format reclaimed by our customers will be accepted only if the print is different from the original file sent to us and if they are made in compliance with the technique characteristics reported in the price list and anyway only if they are correlated by “cromalin” (color proof) and work sheet.

7) The production time is always approximate, never fixed, and the time estimated is intented as business days; fixed dates, even those agreed are considered approximate and they cannot never be contested.

8) Delivery time is mainly reported on the order and/or confirmed through our order confirmation and it can be affected by some variations due to the workind progam or by reason of force majeure, it is not intended peremptory.
In any case, Tipolitografia dei F.lli Bonanno A. e V. A. snc will not be liable for delay or failure in the delivery.
We can always cancel the entire or a part of the contract, suspend or change the work execution even after its confirmation.

9) Claims after 8 days on receipt of the goods are not accepted.

10) Claims should be sent to us only by recorded-delivery letter within 8 days on receipt of the goods.

11) The shipment of the goods will be, unless different agreement, by express courrier and/ or standard mails service, COD (cash on delivery) or door to door service.

12) The goods are always intented sold ex works in our location Valverde (CT).

13) The way of payments:
- order amount less than Euro 500,00 + VAT (unless different accordances) in cash or cash on delivery;
- order amount more than Euro 500,00 + VAT : half amount , through wire bank transfer addressed to Tipolitografia dei F.lli Bonanno A. e V. A. snc, Bancoposta C/C 000032249963 - CAB 16900 - ABI 07601 - CIN N - IBAN IT17 N 07601 16900 000032249963 - BIC/SWIFT BPPIITRRXXX , we would like to receive the payment receipt by fax and the balance in cash the moment the goods are delivered.

15) Bank or postal cheques, even accepted, are always to be considered with reserve.

16) The price list can vary in the prices, format, quantities, dimensions etc, in any case, therefore we invite you to visit our web site which is always updated.

17) All conditions and indications contained in each page in the price list-catalogue are an integrale part of the sell conditions of the company
”Tipolitografia dei F.lli Bonanno A. e V. A. snc”, the above mentioned regulations present in our web site www.printed.it remain fixed until variations.

18) All printing works are labelled by our company brand name.

19) It is not possibile to share the quantities on printing works in accordance to the price list-catalogue.

20) 20% VAT is applied only in Italy and to the European Union countries. Except for those companies which belong to European Union which have a VAT number.

21) QSLs will be printed within the thirty working days following your proof approval.

PRICES INCLUDE:
A) paper, print, graphic setting, color selection, films, plates, packing.
b) other intervations and works (edgeing; punching; clipping, glueing, tearing off, numbering, coating with plastic) are inclusive to the price only if they are reported on the order form, commision copy or agreed in advance.

PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE:
a) Creation and graphic planning, texts typing, scanning and photo alteration and many other works which are not mentioned in the commission or order form.
b) Particular work executions not reported in the price list, drafts, colours proves etc…
c) Modifications on files sent by our customers, if they do not correspond to those listed in our price list.
d) Transport charges are to be considered on account of the consignee (customer).
